WET WEATHER POLICY
If we just have showers, the ride will still go out so please be sure to bring some wet weather gear.
If there is any lightening or the weather is really bad, we will reschedule the ride. If we decide this is necessary we will contact you by phone or message as soon as possible to let you know.
If we have committed to the lesson and extreme weather does pass over we will dismount and continue the lesson in the tack room. The lesson will become a theory lesson, the students will learn about tack and anatomy as well as other topics. Please note this occurance happen seldomly however these lessons are equally as important to the developing rider, no refunds will be given.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Stable thinking requires a minimum of 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your lesson.
Lessons cancelled on the day of your booking will incur a 100% charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the lesson fee also..
Some exemptions may be given at the discretion of Stable Thinking.
WEIGHT LIMITS
Unfortunately due to being limited by horse breed & age, we are unable to cater to weights exceeding 80 kgs. We hope in the near future to expand our herd to be able to accomodate more riders.
